The Billsder Business Partner is a key player in SME transformation. More than just a business referrer, they are a true facilitator.
They help entrepreneurs master Billsder tools, provide practical training, and can also offer complementary services such as accounting follow-up or administrative support (outside the direct scope of Billsder).
They perfectly master our ecosystem, know UCODEBYUS values, and work to professionalize their client network by giving them access to modern, effective tools adapted to their reality.
An independent accountant can recommend Billsder to their clients. By training them on the tool, they facilitate their own work, improve the quality of received data, and generate recurring revenue through subscription commissions.

UCODEBYUS trains, guides, and supports you throughout your journey. You will be part of a united community of professionals who share a vision: enabling small and medium-sized businesses to access powerful tools and an organizational level worthy of large structures.
Your role is central. You recommend Billsder to the entrepreneurs you support, guide them in mastering the tool, and have the freedom to offer your own professional services in parallel. A coach, for example, can continue to charge for their usual services while receiving additional compensation through commissions generated by Billsder subscriptions taken out by their clients.

Each user can thus evolve with the tool as their business grows, and each partner can expand their scope by offering solutions adapted to various sectors.

- The Odyssey Plan, at $79.99 per month, gives companies the means to deploy on a large scale with tools designed for expansion.
POS equipment is available for rent at $29.99/month. Each installation includes a connected terminal and support assistance.
This model has a clear advantage: the more the client grows, the more they need features, equipment, and the more the partner is rewarded. By supporting the client in their growth, the partner builds loyalty while gradually increasing their own revenue. POS Terminal Conditions
Payment terminals (POS) are strategic tools in the Billsder ecosystem. To ensure their proper use and avoid losses or poor installations, access to these devices is reserved for committed and active partners.
Receiving a POS terminal means you are ready to support a client in a complete installation: invoicing, payment collection, ticket printing, stock synchronization, and more. This is why Billsder implements simple but essential criteria to ensure that each distributed terminal benefits from concrete use and professional follow-up.
These criteria also help reward serious partners who are truly invested in the program.
Conditions to meet to receive POS terminals:
- Maintain 5 active Billsder clients simultaneously
- Be a partner for at least 3 months
- Make a partial deposit
- Installation is handled by the partner, under Billsder team supervision
Maintaining Active Status
The Billsder program relies on committed partners. To ensure continuous momentum and provide quality support to clients, it is essential that each partner remains active within the network.
Maintaining active status not only preserves access to commissions but also allows continuous benefit from ambassador privileges (promo codes, POS access, priority training, etc.). This also reflects a minimum level of involvement in the community.
A partner is considered active if they accomplish at least one of the following actions within a three-month period:
- Refer at least one new Billsder client
- Participate in a training session or community meeting
- Reactivate a client who has cancelled their subscription
- Submit a follow-up report on the status of a client or monitored account
Consequences of Prolonged Inactivity
At Billsder, we value commitment and consistency. To ensure a balanced and effective relationship between partners and clients, it's important that advisors remain active over time.
When no action is taken for several months (no referrals, training, reactivation, or follow-up), progressive penalties apply. These aim to maintain a healthy dynamic and free up resources for committed partners.

Return to Activity
An inactive partner can still fully reintegrate into the Billsder program.
To recover their status, they must:
- Complete a refresher training
- Make at least one new validated referral (active client)
After 12 months of inactivity, a complete new examination will be required, as for a new candidate.
Code of Conduct
UCODEBYUS encourages its Business Partners to maintain a professional stance. Any attempt at forced selling, misleading communication, or aggressive behavior may result in suspension or exclusion from the program.
